Xbox Series X reset my Time Played stats

I just recently realized that I'm missing all the time played stats from previous Xboxes I used to play on.

For example, I played Black Ops III all the time on my previous Xboxes with hundreds of hours in the time played stats. Ever since I started playing on my new Xbox Series X, the time played was reset back to 0 hours played.

As someone who loves to check how long they've played their games, it is quite upsetting to see that some of my favourite games have very little time put into them. Is there any fix to this? I've checked my Xbox profile on PC and it says the same statistics that my new Xbox SX shows. Where did all the stats go?

Your time played stats on every game won’t reset as long as you are using the same credentials - Xbox profile or account.

I have the same issue with Minecraft on my Series X. I tried all of the above multiple times, including trying a hard reset on my 2-day-old Series X and it still isn't working. I've resorted to playing on my Xbox one. Please help, I'd like to play Minecraft on my new console!

Hi there. I have tried almost every possible method of restarting, resetting and everything inbetween. Ports are forwarded, etc.

The thing is, I have my Xbox One and Series X set up beside each other. Due to the Series X’s problems, I can switch off my Series X, and switch on my Xbox One, and have no connection issues.

Both playing on the same wifi, both wireless connection, with all the same settings (except the Series X is running on 120fps).

Something is not right with the Series X and I believe it’s more than just needing to reset my MAC address...

Did you end up fixing it? Are you saying that i should factory reset my xbox series x completely this time instead of keeping games and apps?
