    Xbox Series X repair, sat with microsoft for over a month


    My xbox has been returned to microsoft for repair. Shipping confirms they have it. Status update has not change for other a month saying I need to sent it to them, I tried to request a call back from the phone but the system keeps saying it has an error for over a week now. Is there a phone number to call Microsoft repairs in the UK?

    It now even says "call back unavailable" This is beyond a joke now. you've had the device for 2 months, no update on the repair status simply saying to send it to you. No phone number to call, no email to email and no way of chasing this up now.

    Game captures are terrible.

    Xbox series x. There is so much documentation about this issue, no-one has a solution (apart from streaming on twitch, saving the vod and then editing the video). Compared with my xbox one captures, taken well over a year ago, they are awful, choppy, stuttering messes. This is not a problem on my end, this is a problem with the xbox series x capture system. The fact captures are STILL terrible is a joke, given the series x was released over 18 months ago.

    Since no software update has resolved this issue for me over the last 3 months, I have finally decided to send my Series X in for repair. I got it back one week later and since then I didn't have any problems playing Halo Infinite anymore.
