Xbox Series X received from repair centre has circular stand missing

I have recently received a replacement Xbox Series X from the service centre as my first one stopped working, but the replacement I have received has the circular stand missing from the bottom of the console.

I tried to send the xbox back to the repair centre and explained the issue on the service rquest but they have just returned it with the stand still missing!

I have tried to go through xbox support to get this sorted but I can't actually find a phone number that will allow me talk to anyone about this and the virtual assistant isn't much help.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

You can request a call back or chat with suppprt at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic. However, instructions for sending consoles on for repair do state to only send the console as anything else sent with it is not guaranteed to be returnes.

It is normal that they inform you that it has been received at the repair centre.

The next email will be when they dispatch it back to you.

You say you purchased this console from Microsoft, can you provide the link where you found the console prior to purchasing it?

What country are you located in?

Did you buy the cheaper Refurbished Series X consoles also available on the Microsoft store? Xbox Series X (Certified Refurbished)

As stated earlier, Nuremburg, Germany, is where the Xbox repair centre located. It's quite possible that your console ships from this location too. Which would perhaps make sense if it were refurbished.

Signing for packages over a certain amount is quite standard these days.

I wanted to let you know the Tactical and Assault Packs are now installable and the Season Pass has a "Manage" button now (which, when clicked takes you to the page where you can install the Tactical & Assault packs). That's the good news; the bad news is
that once installed, all I received from them were the two weapons and a few other items; a lot is still missing. So here's where I stand:

Assault Pack:

X Custom Skinned Battle Rifle (Received)

- Chaff Augmentation (Missing)

X Battle Rifle Ammo (Received)

X Battle Rifle Armor Piercing Ammo (Received)

- 2 Frag Grenades (Missing)

- 2 EMP Grenades (Missing)

Tactical Pack:

X Custom Skinned Tranquilizer Rifle (Received)

X The Micro Assembler Augmentation (Received)

X Tranquilizer Ammo (Received)

- 3 Smoke Grenades (Missing)

- 2 Gas Grenades (Missing)

Additional Season Pass Items:

- 4 Praxis Kits (Missing)

- 1000 Crafting Parts (Missing)

- 5000 Credits (Missing)

- 5 Booster Packs (Missing)

- 20 Chipsets (Missing)

Let me know if there's any other information I can provide or if there is anything else I can try on my end (I should note that I did try a hard reset on the Xbox but nothing else showed up).

Sorry about that I stand corrected, I was talking about official Microsoft parts but I appreciate that it needs to go to a repair centre.
