    Xbox series X Randomly turns off


    My series x randomly turns off while playing,sometimes occurs many times during a day and sometimes not,it occurs mainly in fifa 21 as i play mostly .i made sure that it has no heating or any other problems and made all steps required even full reset without any benifits.

    The big problem that i live in counrty that has no microsoft service and i feel so bad about spending 640 $ to buy from a third party seller for a defective device,i think this is a popular problem so please help me i need to know what is the hardware issue so i can repair it

    same. turns off after usually less than a minute. doesn't seem hot at all. Haven't even been able to start installing a game yet. Barely made it through the initial console update.
