    Xbox Series X Randomly Disconnects From Xbox Live


    My Series X keeps randomly disconnecting from Live. I checked and its not disconnecting from my WiFi it's just disconnecting from Xbox Live. All of the troubleshooting steps were
    done but the issue is still occuring. I've seen other people online saying they have this issue as well. was told by a support rep that it might be a software bug that needs to be fixed in a future update. Other support reps have said that this is a hardware
    issue. I am not sure if a fix is currently being worked on. I was hoping that someone could update me on what's happening regarding the issue. Thanks!
