Xbox series x random freezes for seconds in game

I have a series x and only on call of duty this is happening but its not just the game freezing or crashing its making my xbox freeze and bug out

When a wireless headset is connected, the console freezes for about 3 seconds. It's not internet or network related, I can guarantee. I had it freeze when playing Single Player campaigns (although I should mention I am signed into live).

I have to do more testing without using the wireless headset (my only headset), but so far it seems to only freeze with it connected.

I have a 60gb white console, I used my wireless headset (original white) on a slim xbox, same thing occurred when headset was connected.

I have also experienced an issue where it acts like I unplugged the HDMI and plugged it in, although that happens seldom, but I believe it is also related. Screen will go black, then the TV hud will pop up like I changed inputs or something.

I always use Ethernet. I've found the solution behind the sluggish dashboard. I apparently had corrupted data on my hard drive from an old demo I downloaded months ago. I deleted it and now the dashboard is back to normal. I've still not experienced any
3 second freezes since I've not been using my wireless headset. I would however like to know if or when you guys fix this problem that way I don't just have a $60 paperweight sitting around my house. I'd like to use it again and I haven't heard if you guys
have actually done anything about this.
