    Xbox Series X Problems/Questions


    I have a few questions regarding about my new Xbox Series X. I was downloading some of my games on the internal drive, so while I waited for them to download, I shut the console off like I always do. I have the system set to “instant on” so that
    it can download and do updates while my console is off. The thing is with the series x, is doesn’t download games or updates while the console is off and I have it set to “instant on”, which makes no sense because that has always worked with my Xbox One X.
    Is this a hardware or software issue? Another problem that I have is when I set my series x to turn on my tv and turn it off, it doesn’t work. I already have my tv settings to allow another device to turn it on and off, this option always worked with my Xbox
    One X. Is this a hardware or software issue? Everything else works fine on my Xbox Series X. Finally my last question is; does the Xbox Series X have USB 3.1 ports or USB 3.2 ports? Because I can’t find a straight answer anywhere.

    Just to point out, I see some people making the mistake of referring to the new Xbox Series X. This question is specifically for the Xbox One X, not the new console. I have no intention of buying the new Xbox Series X.
