Xbox series x preorder limbo.

On 23rd September 2020 i had amazingly enough got my preorder in on the microsoft store for a next gen console the xbox series x.

I decided to pay on the 24th september 2020 using my microsoft account balance (changed from paypal) i lost any ability to change payment after it took money from my balance £449.99.

Now on the pre order i made i recieved a order email it even had a tax invoice This all pointed to getting a console on release date 10th November.... or so i thought..

On 26th october i decided to also pre order the 1tb ssd expansion. It was due out on the 12th November( this is the pre order date).

On 30th October i recieved a email subject "A quick note before your Xbox Series X|S ships" this was assuring to know as mines was already paid up and i was 110% sure all my details were correct.

Its now the 11th November no console shipment update even though 8t still says "preorder" there is no date attached to it once the 10th arrived. But i did get a shipment update on the 1tb expansion ssd.

So here is my question what can i do?

Ive tried talking to an agent multiple times via live chat only to be given a phone number which does not work and having to sit in a queue for almost 40 minutes at a time. I even tried calling a phone number up (dont know if it was the correct people but
it was microsoft but no answer for 16 minutes. I even requested a call back via contact us.... and they cancelled that due to "volume of calls"

At this point im losing the will to live.

Anybody have the following information for me??

Sales department number for UK or is there even any moderators that rven look at this community???

Any help appreciated would be welcome.
