Xbox series x pre order still not dispatched

    Xbox series x pre order still not dispatched


    Getting pretty resigned to the fact I'm probably not going to have the console tomorrow now. My order is still saying "pre ordered" in my account and the money hasn't been taken out of my bank yet. Paid by PayPal and its showing as an authorisation in PayPal
    app.

    MS support have been no help at all. Anyone else had any luck speaking to someone about this?

    Still isnt dispatched!!! I like it how someone I know who pre ordered last week has had his dispatched and I pre ordered 2 months ago and it hasnt been!!! Ill be cancelling my FIFA pre order from them.

    btw any pre orders dont show in orders they show in pre orders still but if you have paid it actually says PAID on it. it moves to orders when its processing or dispatched which should be on the wednesday

    Xbox 1 Games on Xbox Series X

    When you pre-order, check to see if the games you want have Smart Delivery. That means you can pre-order the Xbox One version, but you'll get the Series X version for free when it launches. If that's the case, then go ahead and pre-order the One version.

    Otherwise, the One games should still be improved when played on the Series X (https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2020/05/28/xbox-series-x-next-generation-backward-compatibility/)
    so it's just a matter of which version you want.
