    Xbox Series X Pre-Download problem


    I cannot pre-download Cyberpunk2077 on my Xbox series x and I don't know why.

    I have the app installed on my Iphone, I click on Cyberpunk, I press the green button "Download on this console" and...

    ...nothing happens!

    I thought the problem was the closed NAT and I opened it.

    I can stream games on my phone so there's no problem between the console and the phone.

    Please help me.

    I’m confused how will it work for both if one is physical and the other is digital
    Both consoles are digital...it's just the Series S is Digital only whereas the Series X is both Digital and Physical.

    I have the Xbox one X project Scorpio, I was told that the game can be downloaded in any serie X or serie S (included mine), thanks for the help!!
    Game can only be downloaded on a Series S and Series X, but not an Xbox One X. Xbox One X is not the same as a Series X.

    That game is listed as for both the Xbox One and the Series X/S. Basically, you order it and then the system employs what is called "Smart Delivery" to determine which console you have and download that version accordingly. So you would play the XBox One version on your current console and then, as mentioned by the IA, if you bought a Series X or S and installed the game, it would install the "Optimised for Series X/S" version on that console
