    Xbox series X power cycles my modem


    First time xbox owner bought a brand new series x today and when I connected it to the internet my modem powers itself off then when it reboots the xbox gets 900mbps for a few minutes drops to 30mbps then modem reboots and continues to do so every 5 or so minutes have tried multiple ethernet cables connecting via wifi same issue any help would be appreciated

    It's a bell home hub 3000 modem I'm not sure what my OS is atm cause when I turn the system on it reset the modem and my sister is on a zoom meeting I can get that info later but it is a brand new system bought today if that helps at all

    Okay, thanks for confirming. I’ve seen another thread reporting this issue involving the same router/hub model. I’ll ask the team and get back to you. In the meantime, you may want to contact your ISP to see if there are any issues on their side.

    I have reset my modem I have power cycle my console, I have also cleared the Mac address and I have factory reset my xbox series x
