Xbox Series X Personalisation options

Hello.

I recently purchased the Series X, however I am unable to see the options to customise my profile such as the gamer pic, colours and themes. Personalisation was working fine on the original Xbox One.

I have tried resetting the console which did not solve my issue so I am hoping someone here has an answer.

I will have to consider that if that solution will solve my issue. I have registered my console with Microsoft and the warranty expired in 2023. I know someone who has the XSX so I will ask them and see if they have the same issue.

Have you had many users posting issues with Personalisation on the XSX?

if it was restored and it didn't solve it, it's not the system, if you believe it's a defect, you can request the repair:

Thank you. I get the following error code when trying to display the colours on the Series X if it helps. For the gamer pics and themes, there are no error codes.

I have not, but as I mentioned Personalisation was working on the Xbox One with no issues. It is on the Series X where this issue has occurred so I don't think it is to do with my account.

I have even done a console reset which removes my account, but still the same. Something is happening between Xbox Live and my Series X or it is the console itself and not Xbox Live.
