Xbox Series X Order Status

I Pre-ordered the Xbox Series X console the date it was scheduled (Sep/22)

The order status changed from Pre Ordered to Pending about the first week October and even changed the image from the Xbox for a generic image

How can I know if my order would be supplied, it was delayed or if there is any issue?

The console is suppose to come very soon and I haven't received any notification or message from Microsoft with any updated or issue

Hi Paul,

As long as it does not show Canceled, you should be good. Also, you can check your bank to see if there has been an authorization or charge posted for the order. I just received an email from my bank today saying Microsoft Store charged my card on file for
the preorder. You could also contact Microsoft Support to verify your order status

All Deluxe orders were cancelled as it contains the Xbox One version, and the date was changed on that to April

Pre-orders with the new dates of fulfillment are now open and you can re-order the game
