Xbox series x order says its pending but the money was taken already is this good or bad

I have also this evening bought a Xbox series x from the Xbox store, it's taken money from my account but still says pending and no email to confirm this?

Either way, ASDA have done the opposite and rather than just hold the money in my bank, have actually taken it already. No problem but seems abit weird. Now having to ring Tesco to cancel my order, its been cancel pending since Friday.

As I understand it, 'Pending' on an Xbox Series X or S order means that your console is assigned and waiting for shipment. Baring any unforeseen delays you should get it on the launch day. Mine says pending too.

Can I change the address on a pending Xbox series x order?

If the money has already been taken, check your order history on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ if the game order is there and says completed.
