    Xbox Series X order pending over a month?


    My order has been pending since November 9th. I have an order number, but have not been charged. Says delivery is expected by December 23rd. I've tried speaking to people over the phone and I get transferred to a
    department that's always closed so it hangs up on me. Two of my neighbors got their Xbox from Walmart already. One in store and one online. What's the deal?!

    So microsoft wont take payment until the item is shipped. Presumably they are waiting for more stock.

    Hi,

    As I understand it, 'Pending' on an Xbox Series X or S order means that your console is assigned and waiting for shipment. Baring any unforeseen delays you should get it on the launch day. Mine says pending too.
