    Ordered my Xbox Series X on the launch date. (12:51am) Ordered two day express shipping. Then I received a notification telling me my item will ship by December 23rd 2020. My card was pre charged twice for the system. I waited patiently and did not attempt
    to buy the system anywhere else due to Microsoft telling me my item has been pending/will ship in December. I was told not to worry by multiple customer service representatives at Microsoft.

    Now today I wake up to a Microsoft email telling me my order is cancelled. I called Microsoft store support and they told me they escalated this issue to the proper parties. I expected these issues from a third party retailer, not Microsoft! I'm extremely
    hurt and disappointed. I don't understand how this can happen. Microsoft told me multiple times that my order was fine and secure/assuring me my order would not be cancelled.

    This wasted my opportunity to buy elsewhere. Now I'm sitting without a Xbox Series X this holiday season after staying up on launch day with excitement and securing one, so I thought. Any expedited help would be appreciated!

    Unable to us Microsoft store Credit against Xbox Series X pre-order?

    I have been buying Microsoft gift cards as a way to save up to buy a Series X. When the time to pre-order came around, I had $550 in Microsoft store credit. That was more than enough to cover the cost of the console and taxes. I finally got an order to go
    through at the Microsoft store, but it did not use any of my store credit and it is going to charge my debit card instead. I have contacted support but was told the only way i can use my store credit is to cancel the order and re-order. Obviously if i do that,
    i will not get the Series X.

    This means I will probably be cancelling and will not get the Series X at launch. After already spending $550 towards it, I’m not going to spend that much again because I cannot change payment on the order to store credit. I can change cards, change it to
    Paypal or even mobile billing but not store credit that is on my account. That doesnt even make sense to me.

    The Xbox One wont be obsolete because Microsoft and Game Developers will support and continue to make games for at least 2 years or more after the Xbox Series X / Series S launches.

    The Xbox One will be obsolete because of the older hardware it's running on, with the Xbox Series X hardware being much newer and more up to date, it's far more powerful, better graphic's, faster and smoother gameplay, faster loading time, just overall far
    superior than Xbox One's.

    For me, on the day the Xbox Series X launches, is the day i'm trading in and getting rid my Xbox One X as i will never use it again having upgraded to the next generation.
