Xbox series x on 720p 50hz

Discus and support Xbox series x on 720p 50hz in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hey, sorry if this question has alredy been asked but will a series x work on my old 720p 50hz tv.     Xbox Series X|S and lower resolutions

    The Xbox Series S/X only has a HDMI socket for display, so it will only support that display option. As for 720p or 1080p, it should support 1080p, but 720p is anyone's guess, as Microsoft haven't stated if it supports 720p or not.

    I think the problem might be the frame rate not being downgraded to 720p, if your 1080i is 50hz the Xbox is trying to show it as 60hz.

    If you do to settings > tv & oneguide > troubleshooting > video > then tick the box "enable 50hz" and see if that helps.

    This worked for me as my box is 50hz. Hope it helps you.

    It can run at 720p...

    But personally for me, I wouldn't buy the Series X to use on a 720p TV, I would go for the Series S instead, because the Series X is a 4K gaming console and you'll be spending an extra £/$200 to not play at 4K,

    How can I make my 1080i CRT HDMI 4:3 TV "Fit" better on screen?

    It only works on 24 bits per pixel, no 50Hz or 24Hz and It does not show anything but sever pixelation/jumpyness on 720p/1080p
