Xbox series X now loading games from full library

As already made clear in the thread, the Xbox Series X is the next gen Xbox, but Microsoft is now viewing Xbox as a family of products, of which the series X is now a member. There will be games which are only compatible with the next gen series, but I
expect that your full back library will move forward with you.

I'm sorry for the trouble, EthanChristley. To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

The powercycle worked. Thank you. I just don’t understand why id need to do thay when I literally just got the console a few hours ago lol

Saved games not showing cover: This issue could be resolved by resetting your console to its factory settings, keeping your games and apps.

Game Pass not loading correctly: This issue may be caused by internet connection issues. If you have already tried to reset your console and the problem persists, you can try resetting the console to its factory settings

Sign out of profile: To sign out of your Xbox profile, press the Xbox button to open the guide, select Profile & system, then select Sign out

Delete profile: To delete your Xbox profile from the console, press the Xbox button to open the guide, select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Then select the profile you want to remove and select Remove to confirm

Reset the router: Unplug the power cord from the back of the router for 5 minutes. Then plug it back in

Clear MAC box: To clear the system cache on Xbox Series X|S, press the Xbox button on your controller, go to your profile icon, and select Settings. Then select Blu-ray in Devices & Connections, select Persistent Storage, and finally select Erase Persistent Storage
