Xbox series X not uploading captures?

Is anyone else having the issue where the xbox series x isn't uploading captures. I'll get a notification that they've beenuploaded when they haven't, every time I try to upload a capture or screenshot it won't. I can't delete captures either. And my storage isn't full. I've reset the consol, Reset it, taken the hdmi and power cable out to reset it, I've uninstalled the app, I've signed out and back into both console and app and im yet to find a fix for it that works. If anyone has any help it's greatly appreciated.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that since yesterday there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, however, there are no official announcements from Microsoft which means that we can just perform troubleshooting steps such as extended powercycle and resetting your network hardware by following the steps below:

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

Unfortunately I can’t follow them steps because am on a iOS device and it doesn’t let you clear cache, also the captures don’t seem to be uploading from my recent captures onto the Xbox live part from my Xbox series x on the dashboard screen, not sure if the problem is linked

Xbox series x. There is so much documentation about this issue, no-one has a solution (apart from streaming on twitch, saving the vod and then editing the video). Compared with my xbox one captures, taken well over a year ago, they are awful, choppy, stuttering messes. This is not a problem on my end, this is a problem with the xbox series x capture system. The fact captures are STILL terrible is a joke, given the series x was released over 18 months ago.

I’m sorry, but it is not possible to use captures as desktop backgrounds on the Xbox Series X when you are offline. Captures are stored locally on your console and can be uploaded to the Xbox network or OneDrive for online access. However, you can still use your captures as desktop backgrounds when you are online.
