    Xbox series x not letting me sign in. **** is wrong with it?


    Hi to all.

    So my xbox series x just wont let me sign in. When I still had my account on my xbox, it'll say that it wont sign me in and that I have to wait a few minutes or to check status blah blah blah. I checked the status, all was good with green check on all areas. So I tried... I tried... I tried... I tried... still nothing. So i decided to reset my console and then tried again...tried again...tried again... still NOTHING! I tried to remove account then sign in but it wont even let me add an account. Like it will show it's loading circle thing, but will just go back to the home. I need help...badly.

    P.S.

    This is my only day off from work this week so definitely mad at xbox right now.

    Dont worry, found out that it was the xboxsx giving me a hard time. Found a fix and it worked.

    Sorry to hear you are having issues. Presume this is on a home wifi or ethernet connection? Have you tried using a mobile hotspot to see if that at least lets you sign into the console?

    I got ahold of them finally and they had me buy series x version and refunded me and were very helpful. Thanks for letting me know they would do that.

    I think they have given me the wrong disc version

    On the disc is says "Xbox One - Xbox Series X"

    I believe this is the Xbox one version that is compatible on Series X

    Because I'm sure the Xbox Series X disc should say "Xbox Series X" and not Xbox One

    I have contacted the seller and awaiting a response but thank you for your help
