Xbox Series X not fitting the entire screen on LG CX

Thx for reply, i will try a few things, i have since read, to turn on HGIG on my LG CX TV, then do the hdr calibration on the xbox series x.

Similar issue for me. Have xbox series x connected to lg cx and cx connected via e-arc to tsr-700 receiver and 5.1.2 system. Even booting up the console the audio cuts in and out/ stutters! Tried watching some uhd blu rays and same issue. It comes and
goes, not constant, but very frustrating

I've been having the exactl same issue for months series x and lg cx , yet have no issues with my ps5 on the same TV , someone needs to patch something somewhere I had no issues with my xbox one x either , I also get an invalid format screen a lot when using the xbox TV and movie app its all unacceptable and annoying.

Yes I tried it on the lg cx screen but the same problem kept happening until i updated the screen and the problem was solved but the problem persists with my tcl c728 screen. I don't think the problem is hardware, I think the problem is the software because the c728 screen has so far only one update. I hope so

and on ps5 work just fine with tcl c728 but the problem with my xbox series x

I figured it out just in case if anyone has this issue with any LG CX and maybe GX model. If your Xbox is saying Dolby Vision is not supported on your CX. Go into the settings and Turn off AMD Freesync in the TV settings. This setting comes turned
on by default and make the XBOX say your TV does not support Dolby Vision.

I came here looking for an answer to this, but it can’t be to turn off AMD Freesync. Thats a headline feature of using the CX with a XBox One S or X (or the series X coming out).
