    My Xbox Series X isnt connecting to my boost mobile portable hotspot. It keeps kicking me offline and telling me i have a double nat. I just got the hotspot yesterday. Its a coolpad surf with 50gb of high speed data. My computer phone tv roku everything
    else works great on it. I even tried booting every device off except the xbox. Idk what to do

    Another user suggested I try connecting to a mobile hotspot instead of home's wireless network. Strangely, XBL worked when connected to the mobile hotspot. Why would one Xbox One (X) work on my wireless but the other (original) does not?

    I see. Can you try setting up a mobile hotspot connection on your phone for now? Then connect your console there instead. Let me know if it connects there properly.

    I do understand how you feel about the situation. We just need to check if it connects properly to a mobile hotspot connection which is a different wireless connection. If it connects properly there, then it is definitely an issue with the wireless network you are using right now.
