XBox Series X No Video Signal

My three month old Series X is showing a no signal on my tv, xbox won't give me refund for bad product but will fix my broken product and only give me the remaining warranty left on my broken console. How does Microsoft sell a broken product then don't even give you the option to give you your money back so you can invest in a system that will last longer then three months. Its actually crazy that I've had problems with every one of there systems and still paid 800 dollars for this new one expecting it to be different. On top of the 800 I already spent I would have to pay for the broken system to get fixed when it craps out on me again(wich it will) after the remaining six month warranty runs out. How is this legal to customers, I heard of a phone company that got into trouble for selling a phone on a two year contract that only lasted a year, any difference here?

It sounds like you are experiencing connectivity issues with your Xbox Series X.

Router or modem problems: Make sure your router or modem is functioning properly and that your Xbox Series X is within range of the wireless signal. Try restarting your router or modem and then reconnecting your Xbox Series X to the internet.

Interference from other devices: Make sure there are no other devices that may be interfering with the wireless signal, such as cordless phones or microwaves. Try moving your Xbox Series X and router or modem to a different location.

Network congestion: Make sure there are no other devices or programs on your network that may be using a lot of bandwidth, such as streaming videos or downloading large files.

Xbox Series X firmware issue: Check for the latest Xbox Series X updates, and make sure that your console is running the latest firmware.

Xbox Live service issue: Xbox Live services may be down temporarily, check the Xbox Live Service Status page

Well no the xbox series s isn't capable of 4k 120hz video games it's not even capable of 4k 60hz

The best the series s can do is 1440p

The reason why you aren't getting any signal is because the series s isn't capable of it

Only in streaming not gaming

As noted it's only capable of 120hz on 1440p in games and 4,k 120hz on streaming

Not a lot of games support 4k 120hz even on xbox series x

Even on backwards compatibility games it's a max of 60fps with yakuza running at 900 frames

You gotta remember it's upscaled not native

Hence the lesser space requirements for series s

On the video, Xbox Series X has USB type A only.

The new controller, I think is type-A (Xbox Series X) to type-c (controller). (Elite2 is a to c usb)
