Xbox series x. Never seen this before. Anyone know what I can try?

Many people try to scam others when it comes to new console releases. People are so desperate to buy the new console they don't look at what they are actually buying. For example I seen a PS5 go for $6700 on ebay the other day. That is crazy Also seen
a listing for a xbox series console ( s or x was never stated in the listing) which was the original xbox. Another listing was for a Xbox Series X white edition with a 512gb drive. Obviously this was just the Series S someone was trying to sell as a Series

Do you have standard Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate? Standard Game Pass doesn't include Gold so you wouldn't be able to play online with only that .

I have a xbox series x this is different from what you guys are getting. I'm getting none of cinimatic cutscenes you get pre match. It's weird I've seen other videos on YouTube of others playing and they have the cinimatic cutscenes before a game but I'm just getting the normal standard one you would get back on fifa 22 anyone know why??

You have to boot the game before it can be refunded. I've seen that before.

How do I do that? I can't download it. I don't have an Xbox Series X/S.

My series X is in the basement and is connect via wireless to the internet. I do not use the Xbox one and it isn’t even plugged in. What is confusing me is that before I got the series X I never had this issue. It only happened once I got the series x. That is what’s making this frustrating because it is the newer console but having this issue. Could it possibly be something with the system itself?
