Xbox Series X: My games disappeared

Multiple of my games I’ve purchased have disappeared within the last couple of years. First Terraria in 2021 when I tried to play it bc I bought it in 2019-2020 but it was somehow gone same as my Black ops 2 and 3 I’ve owned black ops 3 for years and it’s gone and black ops 2 I bought again digitally earlier this year to play with friends and now it’s gone I’ve checked my billing order which is supposed to show your entire order but none of the games I purchased are there.

I am having the same issue with two games I owned and not showing in my library. They disappeared after setting my new Xbox series x from having an Xbox one. All apps and store are fully updated.

My xbox is up to date.

I'm using an xbox series x.

I dont use the insider program.

I dont have most of the games anymore that have disappeared as i played them a long time ago.

The issue is the same on my xbox one x.

I have completed the steps you suggested and they are still missing.

Try doing the following:

1. In your console settings go to the "Account" section and select the "Delete accounts" option and choose the account in question, this will delete your profile from the console but you will not lose any data. Same thing, don't worry.

2. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely (keep your finger on the button even if the light has gone off before the 10 seconds are up, until time runs out). above). ).

Because on my Xbox series x, it only shows 'Optimized for series x/s' but if a xbox series x version of a game is NOT 'optimized' how would i know if I'm playing a series x/s version of a game?

Xbox Series X games / upgrades / updates has to be installed onto the Series X internal or expansion card SSD,

You can have Xbox One games on your external hard drive that will get an Series X upgrade but the games will need to be transferred to the Series X and then the Series X upgrade will need to be downloaded onto the Series X SSD,

As an example...

I have Marvel Avengers on my external hard drive that will get the Series X upgrade and I will transfer the game over to the Series X SSD ready to download and update the game to the Series X version when available.
