Xbox Series X Mobile Hotspot Connectivity Issues

I have Xbox series x and I'm using a mobile hotspot and it only happens when I connect it to this hotspot. I've tried resetting my game and my phone

Im having the exact same issue! except with it being the wireless connection to the router itself. No other devices are playing up, except my Series X. I have only found a handful of people with the same issue and sadly no answers, apart from running a
ethernet cable directly from the series x to the router. Maybe a wifi hardware issue?

Thats a massive shame if you do have to send it back as you have only just got it. I spoke to someone today technically not a specialist but a “gamer” on the xbox support webchat page. He said that the xbox Devs are aware of this problem occuring and are
on the case apparently trying to provide a fix. He did also mention that making the connection wired does tend to fix this issue.

Maybe just hold out for a update to fix.

Sadly a wired connection aint a option in my household but hopefully it does get fixed soon as it does make games unplayable!

Try using it with anither wifi access point to make sure ite nit the hotspot. If it is the Xbox, you can eithr open a ticket or return it to your retailer. Supply is going to be tight, so it may take awhile to get you another one regardless

Im also having the same problem, my xbox doesn't connect to wifi and every other device in my house could. I even restarted my wifi 4 times and every device would work except my new xbox series x, I never had the problem with my series S. A solution I found
was to reset the xbox and set it back up through my phone but its only temporary, eventually it will say you can't connect to xbox live. Ive only see a few other people with this problem.
