    Why has my xbox series x preorder been cancelled???

    I checked last week and it was fine, i check today and it states my order is cancelled. I have not cancelled it, I've had no emails informing me of this. What is going on??

    Check your payment method. They've been charging for orders the past few days. If there was an issue with your payment option, that could be a reason it was cancelled.
