Xbox series X makes a strange sound

When I start the game and am in the menu of the game itself, I hear a strange sound and it feels like it is different in different games, and when I am in the game itself, that is, I play, it feels like this sound becomes a little quieter and when I turn it off completely the game, then this sound instantly disappears. By clicking on the link you can hear these sounds, the first file is in the game call of duty warzone 2.0, and the second file is in the game battlefield 2042.

I have the same problem, but mine got louder and now it can't read discs period.

Hi,

Here's a couple options. You can choose to return the console to the retailer you purchased it from. They may take it back and replace it for you. If you have purchased an extended warranty, you can return it to the retailer with more confidence as they
will have to replace it.

Another option is to consider returning it to Microsoft as they recently announced in the news that they will be replacing noisy consoles as evidenced by this article -

Well that is an odd sound. I'd say that may have something to do with the fan being loose. If you bought the extended warranty I'd say send it in and get it repaired while you can.
