Xbox Series X light one minute double quick flashing after turned off. What it means? There...

You may have tried to turn the console on while it is completing a System (OS) update.

I do a lot of OS updates each week (Alpha Skip Ahead Insider) and know that if the fan is blowing air out of the top of my Series X when I try to turn it on, it is updating the System OS.

Depending on what stage the update is at, Downloading, Verifying or Applying, lights on the console will flash. If you see lights flashing on the console it means the update is rebooting to do the Applying stage of the update. This takes a couple of minutes and then console will go back to Standby mode and the light will go out as in off.

You can now turn the console back on.

Mythic Sandman I did try what you asked and it is the same. nothing show up on my tv, light flash on my gamepad, console light is on and look like booting but after a couple of minutes the console turn off with the little sound.

Does this only happen with one game or with all the games on the console?

Have you tried any procedures like clearing the cache and deleting games that are in quick resume?

If you haven't tried it yet, remove the games from quick resume and then do a cache cleanup.

Cache Xbox One

1. Go to xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds for it to turn off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

You mentioned trying another power brick, so I'm assuming you are referring to an original Xbox One model (not the Xbox One S or X)

Then what happens with the light on the power brick when you try to turn the console on? Is it on, off, or flashing orange?
