Xbox Series X, latest firmware, hard wired. Multiple games crash to home when opening.

Namely - Apex Legends. CoD VANGUARD, The Gunk.

All these games crash back to dashboard when opened. Has been like this for a week, since the last update that added the new eco mode features. Have done a full factory reset, removed profiles, changed DNS, cleared persistent storage, cleared alt mac address. Uninstalled games, reinstalled, changed from internal to external drives. Cleared local save data, reset router. I think I've covered all the usual trouble shooting steps but nothing is resolving the crashes. Any help would greatly appreciated.

You mean they have to reinstall the OS. Great firmware update. Maybe finish the console before you ship and people wouldn't have OS issues. Next thing you know, you'll have kernel errors.

Hi Darth666Bane666, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Kindly perform a reset on your console keeping your games and apps and if you have an External hard drive plugged in. Kindly unplug it and then test the games with the hard drive unplugged.

Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

If that didn't work and you have already reset your console removing everything, it may mean that the console needs to be checked.

I just updated the firmware prior to posting. It is on the latest version. It did not fix the issue. I am on Xbox series x

Yes I already did this multiple times yet my xbox series x keeps crashing games and turning off by itself

That didn't help anyways. I have a wired connection, have the latest router firmware and the NAT is open.
