Xbox Series X Label Created

About 3 days ago I got an email saying that the shipping label had been created for my service repair to ship my system back to me and that it had left the service center. Well in those 3 days it’s still showing label created. I’ve contacted both Xbox and Fed Ex both want to say the other has the system. I’m supposed to be getting connected to the escalation team but I feel like this needs to be addressed asap due to this is my gaming console we are taking about… what should I do? Is there anyone else I can reach out too?

They are just labels xbox omw games

Series consoles are just series s x

There's not a One X series. There is a One X and a Series X. A Series X (and Series S) are the newest consoles and what new games will be released for. Anything labelled as a One is old gen and studies are not releasing many games for those anymore.

And games don't HAVE requirements for xbox one

No game requires xbox one s or x it's just xbox

What more is it to be confused about?.

People don't refer to xbox series x as xbox one x nor do ANY game require it

Since it works on all gens above xbox one

There is no requirement except for disk drive or not

ONLY the series games have s/x digitally

Physical games still have series x of course

There is NO GAME that requires the xbox one X or S What more waste of space do you want and for what sake you want more info other then XBOX since no game requires one x or S ?

Well first there is no series s with a bluray drive

Xbox one s does and that isn't a series s

Xbox one games are compatible with xbox one games whenever it is one x or s

Series consoles are just xbox series NOT one s or x

They labeled series consoles that way for a reason to differentiate xbox one games from series games
