    Xbox series x keeps turning off when playing games


    For weeks now I have been experiencing problems with my Xbox series x keeps shutting down when playing games I have factory reset and I have tried getting a backup battery and moving it to get ventilation

    Pls what should I do to fix this recurring issue stop

    Atm its an ongoing issuse, i find it happening most with AC:Val and COD:CW. It happens also with Rouge Company and MK11Ultimate.
