Xbox series X keeps disconnecting from wifi when i power it off.

Check your network settings, On your Xbox, go to Settings > General > Network Settings and select "Test network connection." This will diagnose any issues with your network settings and connectivity.

Power cycle your modem and router, Unplug your modem and router from the power source, wait for a few seconds, and then plug them back in. This will refresh your network and fix any connectivity issues.

Update your Xbox, Make sure that your Xbox is up to date with the latest firmware and software updates. To do this, go to Settings > System > Updates and select "Update console."

Change your power mode settings, On your Xbox, go to Settings > General > Power mode & startup and select "Instant-on." This will keep your Xbox connected to the network even when it's in sleep mode.

Try a wired connection, If you're still experiencing issues, try connecting your Xbox to the network using an Ethernet cable. This will give you a more stable and reliable connection.

Have the issue on my series x under WiFi , all my other devices are fine but when I use the series x under 2.4gh it’s really bad lag and 5gh is better but still laggy, only solution that I found right now is to use Ethernet and completely disconnect WiFi. Hope this helps!

Try to restore keeping games and apps, please be sure that you know your account email and password:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console screen, you'll see three option use this one, be sure you remember the email and password of you're accounts:

Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps
