    Hi guys.

    I ve requested service because my xbox kept turning off or freezing at title screen of the most xsx games. Gears 5 can't get past title screen, freezes constantly, or turns off console. Hellblade after hitting continue, or at loading screen freezes, Call
    of the see the same, even tetris hungs. It was send to the nearest service which was in Frankfurt, Germany. After almost 2 weeks it came back, and everything is as it was. In email message they said that my console is fine, everything works, we didn't found
    any faults, also they said they updated my firmware (to omega i suppose).

    I did everything what i could find. Removed local saves, nat to open, alternate mac, resetting console to zero. But it doesn't work at all.

    I can play indie games, they doesn't crash, but I didnt really buy xbox series x for indie games, nor the new 4K TV to enjoy indies...

    Im pretty fed up with this situation, i can't even request another service support, because Im blocked at xbox site to request another service for the device, in category there is only accessory possible to choose. I'm also angry, because I don't think they
    even read what I have written in the service request, and I said try running Gears 5, Hellblade, or Call of the sea.

    Hi is it can you tell me when a crash bug fix for xbox series x i coming out my xbox series x keeps freezing the game and crashes playing for 2 min then it turns off best regards theis
    Atm its an ongoing issuse, i find it happening most with AC:Val and COD:CW. It happens also with Rouge Company and MK11Ultimate.

    Halo infinite was hard crashing a lot for me at launch but then seemed to work perfectly through December and now after the most recent update I’m back to crashing almost every game. The game even crashes in the main menu sometimes. Half the time it crashes to Xbox dashboard half the time it shuts the whole Xbox off. I’m on a series x. I’ve done all the troubleshooting tips. This game is broken.

    The game is actually freezing and crashing hard, and that since the last patch.....it really annoys me, NO

    it's pissing me really off.



    I can't play normal on a Xbox Series X without a crash or a freezing Game. Playing with Xbox Series X controller, 4K HDR 60FPS , cross play enabled (without crossplay the Xbox found no Matches )



    The Game crashes 10 min into play, either when in a match or in menu.

    I have conducted following troubleshooting steps: Reset the game, reinstalled the game, reset the console completly, reset the console, removed everything and nstalled BF2042 again....

    Hi,

    Both Series X/S games and Xbox One games that been optimised (I'm British) for Series X/S must be installed on either the internal storage or the expansion card. They can not be run from a USB connected storage device. My optimised Series X/S Xbox One games
    were moved to my Expansion card during their update.
