Xbox Series X Keeps Crashing no matter the game.

I just got the Halo Xbox Series X and it crashes every time I try to use it. No matter the game, sometimes I can go for a few hours but it eventually crashes. Like full shutdown crash. I am not sure what to do at this point. Do I send it in for repairs? But then my concern is I won't get the halo xbox back. I have tried every single troubleshooting resolution I can find and it does not work. Any advice would be great!

Did you reset your console to factory defaults by erasing everything? When gaming, is there an external hard drive connected to the console? If yes, have you tried playing without the external hard drive connected to the console?

Microsoft says this about shipping special edition devices for repair.

It crashes on me no matter what console I'm on I'm so sick of app crashing on me every 30 minutes i use xbox series s series x and pc and still does same thing app crashes and I have to start it back up

Yes I already did this multiple times yet my xbox series x keeps crashing games and turning off by itself

Hi is it can you tell me when a crash bug fix for xbox series x i coming out my xbox series x keeps freezing the game and crashes playing for 2 min then it turns off best regards theis

Atm its an ongoing issuse, i find it happening most with AC:Val and COD:CW. It happens also with Rouge Company and MK11Ultimate.
