Xbox Series X issue - disconnecting from matches

Check the forum or just google "XBOX Series X disconnects from wifi". Tons of threads here and on reddit since the launch.

An example.

This issue keeps recurring, even after clearing the MAC address. It seems Xbox sign-in is the primary issue.

What do you mean by: “Verify that the network settings on your Xbox Series X match the network settings on your router. Make sure there are no firewall restrictions or MACaddress filtering that could block your Xbox Series X from connecting.”

Just for the fun of it, I spec'ed up a Gaming PC to closely match that of the Xbox Series X spec's, just to see how cheap i could get a Gaming PC down to, To match the performance of what would be the Series X,

The best i could come up with, at the lowest / cheapest cost for a Gaming PC to closely match the Series X, came in at £1,400, and that a rounded off number,

So i will stick with my previous guess from my old post of £574.99.

Also considering the Series X spec reveal, what we know now and what it would cost to get a Gaming PC to match the Series X, I would also have to guesstimate anywhere from £500 to £850.

Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.

This is definitely not a unique issue.

I keep getting disconnected from xbox live either while trying to find a match, during the match, or sometimes ill go a couple matches then get disconnected from xbox live all together and i have to re-connect to live.

I played with a friend in a party and I actually stayed in like 10 matches before getting disconnected.
