XBOX Series X internet disconnection during any game

Hello. Recently I bought a new XBOX Series X. I downloaded some online and offline games. From the first day, internet connection disconnects randomly, while playing a game. I don't see the same problem when I use Youtube or any kind of application, it happens especially in games. During an online game, XBOX live connection disconnects due to internet loss and game drops. I've checked all the procedures the system suggested. Non of other devices has the same problem. I don't think there is a problem within my internet connection nor modem/router.

Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.

Hello Tim, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

I take it your console is an Xbox Series X as the game will not run on the Xbox One X. However, if you are using a Series X please try powercycling it by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down then unplug it for 5 minutes. During this time unplug the modem/router for at least 60 seconds to clear any possible issues there.

When the internet is back up and running try again.

Try restarting your Xbox Series X. Sometimes a restart can resolve temporary issues and allow a successful installation. Unplug the console from the power for a few minutes and then turn it back on.

Installation without an Internet connection: If you are connected to the Internet during installation, try disconnecting your console from the Internet and then insert the disc to install the game. Sometimes connectivity issues can interfere with the installation process.

Delete unwanted game data:
Go to your Xbox Series X storage settings and look for gameplay data related to Red Dead Redemption 2.
Delete any unwanted game data or previous installation files and then try installing the game again.

I never played the first game, but after seeing the second trailer during the the Xbox Series X reveal I downloaded the first game on my Xbox. I will be preordering Senua's Sacrifice hopefully it will come with an Xbox Series X bundle.
