Xbox Series X instant Crash

Hi everyone,

I just bought the Xbox Series X Halo infinite Limited edition and I've been having trouble since the multiplayer launch.

My question is

Does anyone knows if having Double NAT detected on the Xbox could crash the game or even hard crash the console?

Go to Settings > Power & startup > Under Power Options > highlight the Power mode, then press the "A" button on the controller to toggle between instant-on and energy-saving mode.

Change DNS:

- Go to Settings

- Network

- Advanced settings

- DNS settings

- Manual.

(If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings.)

Then enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220"

I have this problem too, is driving me nuts. I stopped playing altogether since my console shuts off randomly

Yes, some games crash and turn off the console. It's normal. Although I'll advise reducing the play time of those games until the issue is addressed

I tested it playing a match but it didn't worked.

I got in contact with my internet provider service about the double NAT detection but my worries are about the console turning off when the game crashes, is that normal?
