  1. Xbox Series X - HDR / YCC 4:2:2 Issue "Black Screen"

I'm encountering an issue with the Xbox series x and a ASUS 4K 60fps monitor. When starting a game, the picture is very dark and colours look terrible. If I go into settings, and enable YCC 4:2:2, brightness comes back and picture looks nice. Problem is, if I launch a different game, the screen fades to black for roughly 5 seconds and the game is washed out and dark again. I then go back into my system settings, this time disable YCC 4:2:2, the brightness and picture look fine again. Basically, every time I launch a game, I have to either tick or untick the YCC 4:2:2 setting to view the game in a HDR. This is a problem because it's not only frustrating having to change the setting every time I change game but it also stops me recording a with a game capture card "HD60s+" if I have YCC 4:2:2 on.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    :)

Unable to have any fast movement with 1080 resolutions after xbox took the most recent software update

If changing to 10 bit, I would also suggest to turn off YCC 4:2:2

This will usually fix the black screen flick.

YCC setting is in, Xbox display setting.

    Hope this fixes the issue!
