    Xbox Series X Hardware Issue


    My Xbox was on for a few hours downloading games and what not.

    Now, it will not stay on. Button lights up for a few seconds then shuts itself off.

    Been waiting for support for over 2 hours. Anybody have this issue and a way to resolve?

    Yes, I have tried all unplugging, plugging into wall, etc

    My controller started doing that (Series S) and was unresponsive (console never shut off, though) and I replaced the batteries and unplugged everything from the wall for a few seconds and restarted using the controller and I haven't had an issue since
    (sorry if that doesn't help)

    Xbox Series X power button blinks rapidly when I try to power it on from controller and then it doesn't power on.

    The rapid flashing of the power button on the Xbox Series X indicates that there may be an issue with the console's power supply or the internal hardware.
