Xbox Series X Graphics Issue on every game!

Hi,

For the past few weeks I’ve been having issues with my Xbox graphics in every game I play! We’ve done everything, reset the console, changed all the settings and nothing has worked. It’s not the TV because it looks fine until the game loads up and then the graphics change to look over contrasted and weird. I’ve attached pictures so you can see what I mean. Please help!
