Xbox Series X graphics blown out and distorted

May I know if you tried using a different TV / Screen to see if the issue persists?
If yes, what else did you tried? In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

In the meantime, please power cycle your console to see if that helps:
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Warzone has been an issue for a lot of people since the Series X's release. Couple of threads that may provide some insight:

Is it only these games, or every game?

yes and no, most juices will come out in both but with graphic differences, fps and load times

The question is about if Series X games will work on an Xbox One X. It wasn't about graphics, resolutions, fps, load times, etc.

Microsoft introduces "Smart Delivery" with the Xbox Series X, which means, that if you own an existing game (like Minecraft in your example, or Gears 5) or a new game comes out for Xbox One and Xbox Series X with improved graphics on Series X, you won't
have to buy the game twice.

With Smart Delivery you will play the "enhanced" version on Series X, and the "normal" version on Xbox One.
