    Xbox Series X Gets Stuck in 640X480.


    My Xbox Series X gets randomly stuck in 640X480 and I can't find a fix. It randomly starts working and is very frustrating especially when I want to play a game in 4K. Is there any solution to this problem? I have a Samungs Q50R TV that's up to date and I'm using the correct cables. I've tried all the fixes online and none seem to work. It just randomly works.

    Same issue. Support chat did nothing for me. Xbox One X here. Maybe try a display reset but it automatically resets you in 640x480 witch is the only way I get visual now.
