Xbox Series X Games Graphical Issue

I have this problem where certain part of the game scene glitches out.

In Yakuza: Like a Dragon, the background constantly blinks/flashes. This is a persistent issue that has been occurring since I started fresh. https://imgur.com/a/SCkrooK https://imgur.com/a/z9Jnf33

I know these problems are not coming from my tv or HDMI cable because when I try to output the games on my phone through cloud gaming, the games still has those glitches.

I have done everything I could think of to try to fix these problems and none of them seems to have done it. I fully turned off my console and unplugged it for a few minutes, I uninstalled and reinstalled the games, I factory reset my console, I even did the bind and eject button trick. What can I do to resolve this issue? Should I replace my Xbox?

As two of you mentioned, cloud gaming is powered by Series X now, like I mentioned too.

I still have the same question. Isn't there also quality difference in graphics between Series S and Series X? Like textures are more detailed and shadows are rendered better in Series X? Now if Series X is used on cloud gaming, isn't those improvements then on Series S too via streaming from cloud? Or are the Series S and Series X exactly the same graphics wise in general but Series S just has lower resolution?

I understand that cloud gaming isn't 4K and there might be latency issues etc but that wasn't my question.

well if its not a series s problem can someone explain to me why my xbox one x can run the same game on same tv fine without any of these graphical issues

Thank you for reporting the problem, it helps the engineers to see if there is an issue with the console which could be creating this effect.

Can you tell me which Color depth you have your settings on?

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > TV & display options.
Under Advanced Select Video fidelity & overscan.
Change the color depth to 10-bit to see if the behavior continues.

Of course, I recommend playing with different settings here.

Does the same thing happen if the display is under Auto-detect, DVI or HDMI?

Under Advanced, select Video modes - see if a setting in video mode is on that should be on if your TV does not support the feature, of if checking a box will help your situation.

Additionally -- if you have another TV in your house that you can connect the Xbox Series X to, can you try doing so to see if you experience the same issues?
