    Xbox series x games are not working for me


    When I try to open up a disk game it loads in and it doesn’t load fully and it goes to a blank screen. I can’t even open up the store. I’ve put everything to unrestricted so I can get everything to work. every time that I try to click on the store or any other game it just doesn’t work. I can’t even update games. If any one can help that would be great

    I. Have madden 24 on my Xbox one S and it says that I’m not able to get the X|S version of madden 24. And I preordered the game July 18th

    The Series S/X version will not work on a One. It'll only work on a Series S or X.

    If I purchase an Xbox Series X physical disc game (say, "Star Wars Jedi: Survivor"), will it work on my Xbox One S?

    If the game just says Xbox Series X on the Game cover, then no, it will not work on the Xbox One. If, it says Xbox Series X & Xbox One on the cover, then it will work.

    Hi,

    All Xbox One games (with the exception of Kinect titles) will work on Xbox Series X/S.

    So yes, GTA V will work on Series X.

    It actually would. There's an Xbox One, One S, and One X that are all in the same family. Then there is the Series S and Series X that are in a completely different family of consoles.

    An Xbox One X is not the same as a Series X. The game will not work on an One X.
