Your Xbox doesn't have enough space for saved data, deleting games will not create more space for saved data as they have separate storage limits. Instead, try deleting saves from other games.

To do this, highlight a game in your Games & apps, press the Menu button and then select Manage game and add-ons. You can view and delete saved data from this menu.

Same here. Trying to play it on my Series X (just downloaded it last night) but it’s saying “connection error” even though my connection is fine.

I sent in my xbox series x for a warranty fix and it came back even worse. Love spending this type of money on a brick console and then paying for xbox game pass.. makes my night so fun!

same issue, seems like theres potentially been an uptick of these recently. just logged on today with no issues last night and i can’t play around half of my games. series s as well.

This moderator is clearly copying and pasting old data from the Xbox One days. This troubleshoot doesn’t work on Xbox Series X or S consoles.

“Cloud saved games” isn’t an option anymore.

I can’t find how to force a cloud sync. I can’t play Starfield on my other console in another room because the data won’t sync.

What’s the point of cloud saving if it doesn’t actually save???
