Flight Simulator is not available for the One. It's only available on the Series S/X and PC. It may be available via the Cloud in the future.

Flight Simulator has not been released for the Xbox One. It's available for the Series S/X and PC. If you have Game Pass Ultimate, you can play it via the cloud on the One.

As it states, Flight Simulator is only available for the Series S/X. It may be playable on the One through the Cloud at some point in the future, but it is not being released on the One.

While the game won't directly be coming to the older Xbox One consoles, Xcloud gaming is supposed to come to consoles possibly later this year. This would give you the ability to play Series S/X games like Flight Simulator on an older Xbox One console through cloud gaming. No word on if Flight Simulator would definitely be one of the available cloud games. We'll have to wait and see for sure.
