Xbox series x flickering when staying idle on Xbox menu

When I open the Xbox menu with the Xbox button on the controller and then stay idle for a few minutes, the console starts to flicker hard. Especially when switching to 60hz. It disappears after a while when I stay on 120hz and completely exits the game and starts it again. I tried power cycle the console, changing every display settings. including the monitor without a success. It also seems that the menu kinda burn into the display. I have a problem with my console?

I tried resetting the console as you said, but with no luck. The console keeps flickering when I stay idle on the Xbox menu.

Have you tried a different TV or different HDMI cable?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Kindly try and reset your console keeping games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.
