Xbox series x - finally its coming.

So for the last almost 3 months ive been waiting for a xbox-series-x. I preordered on 23rd september (kind of a miracle that i even got a preorder slot) preorder was estimated for 10th November. I paid on 24th september using my microsoft account balance.

So when the 30th october came i got a email telling me that to make sure i has all my details up to date, of course nothing was wrong.

Address check

Payment done check

Waiting check.... 8th november came ...nothing no shipping notice...no email to say its been delayed or there was some mistake or glitch. 10th came still nothing and then my estimated pre order date dissapeared. No news as to why or when id be getting my
xbox series x.

Now i was lost not knowing who to call or turn too and I was really kind of peeved i was given no explanation why a 23rd September preorder was delayed or in my thoughts were "you had my money since september. Why am i being kept out of the loop, surely
i should at least be notified right??"

Wrong.

I felt forgotten about and honestly got a feelong something is wrong.... but who do talk too.

Welcome to live chat hell... help. Please wait in another 25 minute queue after this initial 25 minute wait after we tell you "call sales its not our responsibility".

I had to even escalate my issue to microsoft was supposed to get a reply back in 1-3 business days. Still didnt get a reply.

Then i checked my order again today (after the 500th time since 8th november) and low and behold my item is dispatched.....ups estimated tomorrow. No email notice no apology. Nothing.

All in all really bad customer service. I reallly shouldnt of had to jump through hoops on such a simple issue of fulfilling a simple order especially as i ordered it 23rd september.

All in all i wish the rest eho are having pending preorder issues still, best wishes i hope you get yours soon!
