Could be an optimization thing. Can you try using 1080p with HDR on and 4K without HDR and test how it goes?

If the issue persists no matter the resolution, try the factory reset (if you already did it keeping games and apps and if you don't mind. Do it this time removing the content <don't worry, your progress and purchases are attached to the account itself>)

After that give it a new try. If even after that the issue persists could be nice perform an offline update for your console this time. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.

I don't use any external storage

I ve noticed that on some enhanced series x games like now FIFA 22 only when it's on menu but quiet while playing , assassin Creed Valhalla on loading only when fast traveling and now in far cry 6 on some area in the game, maneater on some places,

But it's random thing

I ve tried soft reset nothing changes and now m trying to reset to Factory settings

NOTICE that m playing on 4k TV with HDR10 on

Could be an issue with not very well optimized games. But we can try some troubleshooting steps in your console to cover everything from your side.

Do you have installed the games on the internal storage or do you have the Seagate storage expansion card?

If they're installed in the internal storage, may I know if you're using any preview/insider build for your Xbox system?

Also, did you tried reinstalling the games just to delete possible cached files?

Or which troubleshooting steps you tried so far to fix this?

Yes i ve tried like you mentioned now, m playing Rogue company now it's only ramp UP in loading scene and pretty quit on gaming

M playing with 4k without HDR and same with 1080p

Without any overheat too

I Hope it's not a hardware issue

If the fan keeps acting like you said and if you have warranty on the console. Worth open a repair request for it
